If you would like to be a vendor at our next M.O.M please contact us to reserve your spot and make sure there is availability!

A 10×10 vendor space is $40 if you pay ahead of time ($50 if you pay the day of). This fee includes the option of having your business information stuffed in 200 give away bags. You can provide us with pass outs with your business information (flyers, business cards, post cards, samples, etc).

Electricity and water is not provided.

If there is a month that you are unable to attend with a booth but would still like your business information in the bags, we can do this for a $10 donation. All fees and materials must be received by the Wednesday prior to the market.

Vendors must be in compliance with all city licensing requirements. (For city of Peoria visit  www.peoriaaz.com.) Please provide proof of licensing and insurance (if applicable). Any non profit vendor needs to have a 501-c3 certificate. Momma’s Organic Market  requires a signed application /  liabilty release waiver that we keep on file. You will only need to fill this out once and it will cover any markets that we do. The day of the market :

Set up is one-two hours before opening time. You can come anytime in those hours, but please give yourself the ample time you need in order to be ready to go and open at 9am. When you arrive at the market, someone should be there to direct you where to go. The spots are assigned. If you have a request for a spot or a direction that you want to face, please let us know so that we can try to accomodate the best we can. When you are directed to your spot, please unload first (without setting anything up!) and proceed to quickly re-park your vehicle AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!. Leave the closest parking for customers! When you come back to your spot, THEN you can pop up your tent, set up your tables,etc… This really helps the flow of vendor traffic. Especially on the areas where you can only pull in one way. The quicker we get the cars out of the way, the smoother it goes. Also…NO CARS can be in the barricaded area after 9. Vehicles are NOT allowed in the barricaded areas during market hours. This is for your safety and the safety of other shoppers. Please park outside the blocked off areas.

Clean up begins promptly at the end of the market. You have approx. one hour to take down. We ask that you break down your booth BEFORE you go and get your vehicle. Once your stuff is ready to be loaded, you can get your car and pull up close to your designated booth area. Again…if this is done correctly it helps things go smoother and everyone can get out in an organized and timely manner.

-your products and materials
- battery operated fan recommended during warm weather
- warm clothing recommended during cooler weather
-proof of licensing and insurance (if applicable)

The market is meant to promote unique products and services in support of our local community.

Vendors who are present at the last market have first choice to be at the upcoming markets. We try to limit competition as much as we can and have the right to refuse a booth space to anyone. There are certain products and services that may not be appropriate for a family event and will be decided at the descression of Momma’s Organic Market, LLC.

We appreciate our vendors and are happy to have such a variety of creative, local services and products. Please check with us via email or phone to make sure that your business is able to set up a booth at the market. DO NOT PAY FOR A BOOTH IF YOU HAVE NOT CHECKED WITH US FIRST!

There is options to share your booth space as well, but that does need to be discussed and cleared with Momma’s Organic Market prior to the event.
